NNPC/Chevron University Scholarship 2025 – Earn N200,000 Yearly Till Graduation: The NNPC/Chevron Joint Venture Scholarship is now open for the 2025 session.
This scholarship is sponsored by Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) in partnership with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC). It is for university students from all 36 states in Nigeria.
About the Scholarship
The scholarship is part of Chevron’s contribution to support education in Nigeria. It is aimed at helping undergraduate students in Nigerian universities. If selected, you will get N200,000 every year till you graduate, as long as you meet the required conditions.

Who Can Apply for NNPC/Chevron University Scholarship 2025?
To apply for the NNPC/Chevron scholarship, you must:
- Be in 200 Level (second year) of a Nigerian university during the 2023/2024 academic session
- Be studying full-time in one of the approved courses below
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale
- Have at least six O’level credits in one sitting
There is also a separate category for blind/visually impaired students who meet the following:
- Be in 200 Level in the 2023/2024 session
- Have a minimum CGPA of 2.5 on a 5.0 scale
- Have at least five O’level credits

NNPC/Chevron Scholarship Duration and Value
Those selected will get N200,000 yearly starting from the time of selection and will continue to receive it till they graduate, as long as they maintain good academic results.
Documents You Need to Apply for the NNPC/Chevron Scholarship
Before starting your application, make sure you have clear scanned copies of the following documents:
- Recent passport photograph (450px by 450px and not more than 200kb)
- School ID card
- Admission letter
- Birth certificate
- O’level result
- JAMB result
- Local Government Identification letter
Make sure each document is properly named according to what it is, to avoid uploading the wrong file in the wrong place.
How to Apply for NNPC/Chevron Scholarship 2025
Follow the steps below to apply:

2. Then you Click “Apply Now”, create your account, verify your email, and log in
3. Enter your personal details, educational details, and upload all required documents
4. Check that the names on your documents match the name used in your application
5. Preview and confirm your information before you submit
6. Submit your application. A confirmation will appear on the screen and also be sent to your email
7. You can also go to “My Application” under “My Account” to confirm that your application went through
Note: Do not submit more than one application. Doing so can get you disqualified.
