According to reports, the four-storey structure was located at No. 11 Adudatu Street, behind County Hospital in the Aguda area of Ogba, Lagos. The building reportedly collapsed around noon, less than three minutes after everyone inside the premises had been evacuated.
Witnesses stated that students and staff had just exited the building when the structure suddenly gave way and collapsed. The quick evacuation played a major role in preventing loss of lives.
