Advertisement For UNIZIK Supplementary Admission Form: This is to inform all prospective UTME candidates for the 2024/2025 academic session at Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), who have successfully registered for PUTME and wish to apply for supplementary admissions into various departments, that the exercise will begin on Thursday, 21st November 2024, by 12 noon.

This announcement is for candidates who are interested in studying the listed programs once admitted. It is important to note that intra-university transfers can only occur after two years of study in the institution.
Candidates who have successfully completed the shopping process are advised to take note of the following:
1. Firstly, the “Transfer Approval” panel on JAMB CAPS should be monitored regularly, so transfers to the new program can be accepted promptly when posted.
2. Candidates must ensure that their O’level results are accurately uploaded to JAMB CAPS to enable the smooth processing of their admission.
3. This advertisement is exclusively for candidates who have not yet been admitted into any department at the institution.
It is highly recommended that all candidates follow these steps carefully to ensure that their applications are processed successfully.

How to Apply for the UNIZIK supplementary form
To apply for the UNIZIK Supplementary Admission Form, all candidates should follow these steps:
- First, log in to your profile on apply.unizik.edu.ng
- If the UNIZIK POST-UTME form has already been purchased, proceed directly to shopping. If the form has not been purchased yet, it should be bought, and the O’Level details should be added.
- Next, click on the shopping tab located on the left-hand side of the website.
- If the candidate has not been considered for admission, a list of available programs will be displayed, from which eligible programs can be selected.
- Then, click on the “reserve spot” button next to the program of choice to reserve a space, provided a spot is available.
- To confirm the reservation, payment will need to be made online through Credo. Please note that the shopping fee is ₦15,000, excluding bank charges.
- It is important to note that a reservation will expire after 6 hours if payment is not made. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that payment is processed within the given time frame.
- Once a reservation has been confirmed, candidates should continue checking the JAMB CAPS transfer page to accept the transfer offer.
- Lastly, candidates may choose to cancel their confirmed reservation. However, it should be noted that any shopping payments already made will be forfeited, and new payments will be required if a different program is to be selected.
