NOTICE OF FURTHER EXTENSION OF THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION POST-UTME/DIRECT ENTRY ONLINE SCREENING REGISTRATION
This is to inform the public, especially prospective Post-UTME and Direct Entry candidates, that the registration deadline for the 2024/2025 Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening at Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike, Ebonyi State, has been further extended. The previous deadline, which was Sunday, 8th September 2024, has been moved.
This extension was granted due to public requests, allowing more time for applicants who have not yet uploaded their O’Level results on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
The new closing date for the 2024/2025 Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening registration is now Monday, 30th September 2024.
Prospective candidates are encouraged to use this opportunity to complete their registration.

O’level requirements to register for AE-FUNAI Post-UTME Form
The O’Level requirements for Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI) Post-UTME Form are as follows: the
1. Minimum of Five (5) Credit Passes: Candidates must have at least five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics. These credits must be obtained in no more than two sittings in either WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.
2. Subject Relevance card: The credit passes should align with the subject requirements for the candidate’s chosen course of study. For example, science courses require credits in science subjects, while arts and social science courses may require credits in subjects like Literature-in-English, Government, or Economics.
3. O’Level Upload: All candidates must ensure their O’Level results are uploaded on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) to be eligible for consideration during the screening exercise.
4. Awaiting Results: Candidates who are awaiting their O’Level results can apply for the Post-UTME screening. However, they must upload their results on the JAMB CAPS once they are available before the deadline specified by the university.
These requirements must be met in addition to scoring the minimum cut-off mark for AE-FUNAI in the JAMB UTME.
