NUC Approves 29 Degree Courses for FCE (T) Asaba 2025/2026: The management of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba, has informed the college community and members of the public that the National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved new degree courses for the institution.
This information was made known by the Provost, Prof. Mrs J. E. Anene-Okeakwa. She said the approval was given on behalf of the Governing Council and the Academic Board of the college. The National Universities Commission approved a total of twenty nine full degree programmes to be run by the college.
The approved programmes cover BEd, BTech.Ed, BSc.Ed, and B.LIS degrees. They are to be run under the Federal Government Dual Mandate Policy. The approval will take effect from the 2025/2026 academic session.

The college also stated that the admission requirements and application steps for one hundred level through UTME and two hundred level through Direct Entry have not been released yet. Interested candidates are advised to keep checking for updates, as these details will matter a lot for admission.
