UNN Supplementary Admission List 2025/2026 is Out – See Details and Instructions: Good news to all prospective students of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN)! The management of the university has released the 2025/2026 Supplementary Admission List, along with other related admission lists.
If you took part in the supplementary or shopping admission process, you can now check your name on the released lists and follow the next steps for acceptance and registration.
Instructions for Candidates Offered Provisional Admission
All the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN)candidates offered provisional admission into UNN for the 2025/2026 academic session are required to carefully follow these steps:
1. Upload of O’Level Results
The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) Candidates who have not uploaded their O’Level results to the JAMB portal should do so immediately at a JAMB-approved CBT centre and confirm that the upload reflects on their JAMB CAPS profile.
Please note that your admission will not be processed if this step is not completed.
2. Change of Course (For Those Offered a Different Course)
If you were offered a course different from the one you originally applied for (under Shopping or Supplementary categories), you must:
Visit a JAMB-accredited CBT centre to carry out a Change of Course to the new one offered.
Print the updated JAMB admission slip and submit it to the UNN Admissions Office for proper recommendation in CAPS.
Admission can only be finalized through JAMB CAPS, so this step is very important.
3. Accept Your UNN Admission on JAMB CAPS
After confirming your admission, go to your JAMB CAPS and click on “Accept Admission.”
Candidates who fail to accept their admission on CAPS will not be issued a JAMB Admission Letter and will be considered not admitted.
4. Payment of the UNN Acceptance Fee
Once you’ve accepted your admission, proceed to pay your acceptance fee by following these steps:
Visit the UNN website or UNN student portal: https://unnportal.unn.edu.ng/
Log in with your JAMB Registration Number to generate a Payment Invoice containing your Remita number.
Take the invoice to any commercial bank or UNN Microfinance Bank and pay a ₦30,000 (Thirty Thousand Naira Only) acceptance fee.
Make sure the invoice number is correctly entered at the bank, and collect your confirmation slip with your Confirmation and Invoice Numbers.
5. Print Admission Slip and Complete Acceptance Form
Return to the UNN portal and log in with your JAMB Registration Number, Confirmation Number, and Invoice Number.
Print your Admission Slip and complete the Acceptance Form online.
Proceed with the UNN Registration for freshers
UNN admitted candidates will proceed after completing all the steps above, you can then continue with other fee payments and registration processes as stated on the UNN website.
Important Notice to All UNN Admitted Candidates 2025/2026
Please note that this admission is provisional. If at any point it is discovered that a candidate does not meet the minimum admission requirements for the department or faculty as approved by the university’s Senate, the offer of admission will be withdrawn, even if the candidate is already in their final year.
