3. Siblings of current Alex Otti Foundation scholars are not eligible to apply until their sibling’s current scholarship period has been completed.

1. A statement of result for the first academic session (First Year), signed by the Department/Faculty’s Administrative Officer (who is a representative of the registrar in the department or faculty).
2. A letter of recognition from their community/religious group leader or a recent electricity utility bill of the last three months to demonstrate residency in Abia State.
3. A 1200-word essay divided into three parts: a) Description of their nuclear family and their role within it. b) Sharing an experience of being part of a community and their contributions to it. c) Their thoughts on giving back to society.
4. Valid means of identification.
