UNN Direct Entry Requirements for Nursing Science
All Direct Entry Candidates must be registered with the official body which is the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Candidates with Advanced level General Certificate of Education (GCE) passes in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, in no more than two (2) sittings, are also eligible to apply. These candidates must also meet the O’Level requirements of five (5) credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, in no more than two (2) sittings and pass the university screening test. First degree holders in health-related disciplines can also apply. DE candidates admitted into the four-year program may need to take additional courses to address any academic deficiencies.
To qualify for Direct Entry into Nursing Science at UNN, you need at least five (5) credits in your O’Level results from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. These credits must include English Language and Mathematics. You can have no more than two (2) sittings for your O’Level exams. Additionally, you must be at least sixteen (16) years old at the time of admission.

Dear Martha though you qualify to apply for nursing but with 176 Utme score it will be difficult to get the course, we advise you to change to another course (less competitive)
