PAMO University of Medical Sciences Post UTME Form for 2026/2027 Academic Session

If you are interested in studying health-related courses in Nigeria, then this is something you should pay attention to. The management of PAMO University of Medical Sciences has officially opened admission for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Candidates who scored the required UTME mark and meet the O’Level requirements can now apply for admission into the university’s undergraduate programmes.

One good thing about PUMS is that the school focuses mainly on medical and health science courses, making it a strong option for students who want careers in Medicine, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Physiotherapy, Radiography, and other health-related fields.

PAMO University Admission Requirements 2026/2027

To qualify for admission into PUMS, candidates must meet the following requirements:

For UTME Candidates

Applicants must:

  • Have participated in the 2026 UTME
  • Choose PUMS as their first choice institution
  • Possess at least five credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
  • Obtain the required credits in not more than two sittings
  • Score at least 170 in the 2026 UTME
  • Candidates applying for MBBS must score 220 and above in UTME.

Applicants are also expected to upload their O’Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal because failure to upload results may affect admission processing.

Who is Eligible to Apply?

The following candidates are eligible for the screening exercise:

  • Candidates who selected PUMS as first choice during JAMB registration
  • Candidates willing to change their institution to PUMS through JAMB
  • Candidates awaiting WAEC or NECO results

International applicants are also advised to follow all JAMB-approved admission guidelines for foreign candidates.

Important Information Many Candidates Ignore

One mistake many students make during admission processing is uploading unclear or incomplete documents. Before submitting your application, make sure all your documents are properly scanned and readable. Wrong uploads can delay screening and admission approval.

Also, candidates should regularly check their JAMB CAPS to monitor their admission status and quickly accept admission once offered. Many students lose admission yearly simply because they fail to respond on time.
